Initially the Monforte has a sweet, milky and fruity taste, that is balanced by emerging brothy and roasted nut flavours with subtle, earthy undertones.

FONTINA VECCHIO: Our Fontina Vecchio is made in the classic style of Northern Italy’s alpine cheeses. It is a raw milk, semi-hard cheese that is aged for a minimum of six months. The cheese has a rich, robust and complex flavour, with earthy, grassy notes. This is accompanied by a nuttiness that provides a long, memorable finish.
